What is IPX7 waterproof?
IPX4: Is resistant to water splashes from any direction.
IPX5: Can resist a sustained, low-pressure water jet spray.
IPX6: Can resist high-pressure, heavy sprays of water.
IPX7: Can be submerged up to 1 meter in water for 30 minutes.
Why can't the product be searched via Bluetooth?
1. Check whether the product is connected to other Bluetooth devices.
2. Check whether the product is in the Bluetooth waiting connection state.
3. When pairing, please keep the paired device within close range of the product
Why is the sound of the speaker too low?
1.Turn on Bluetooth search and connect to C15.
2.Tap the Blue Circle with the i in the center of the Blue Circle.
3. In Device Type: Select Speaker or Car Stereo.
4. Disconnect and reconnect C15.
Unable to connect the device automatically.
1. The product needs to manually connect to Bluetooth when the first time you use it. It automatically goes back to the last paired Bluetooth device when next time.
2. Bluetooth device is on and in a relatively close range.
The speaker cannot make voice calls.
